Kim and Char THE Sour Sisters

We are sisters - real sisters. Kim is the WISE one, she is passionate about EVERYTHING. Char is the baby of the family (AKA spoiled).

Kim’s intense passion for health started way too early but she did successfully pass on her love for sourdough to her lil’ sis. Char convinced Kim to start a business, calling it “Bless This Bread. ” They chose this name because they are equally passionate about finding the blessing in everything. While Kim inspires us to make this world a healthier and more joyful place, Char makes it delicious, full of laughter and sparkle.
